These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services of Pet Cremation Services, LLC, doing business as Pet Cremations, LLC ("Pet Cremations").
We provide pet cremation services for families and for veterinary clinics and funeral homes, as described on this website, including private cremation with ashes returned, cremation-only service, pickup, and urns with laser engraving. Current prices are listed on our Pricing & Services page. We work to return ashes within 48 business hours of receiving your pet.
Home pickup is included within Bartholomew County. Outside the county, we typically arrange to meet you at a convenient location about halfway. Veterinary clinics and funeral homes are billed per case unless other arrangements are made.
For families, payment is due when services are arranged, unless we agree otherwise with you in advance.
By calling or texting our number, or submitting a form on this website, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your request and your pet's services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Your pet is handled with care and respect at every step. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
