Pickup schedule

  • East route — Monday · Wednesday · Friday — Columbus → North Vernon → Madison (and communities along the way)
  • Columbus route — Tuesday · Thursday — Columbus and the surrounding area

How referring works

  1. You make one call. (812) 900-1888 — that's Tashina, who runs our day-to-day operations.
  2. We collect on the next route run (or sooner by arrangement). The pet is identified and tracked from pickup to return.
  3. The cremation is private — one pet at a time — unless the family has chosen the cremation-only option.
  4. Ashes are returned to you within 48 business hours, in a cardboard container (included), ready for the family. Urns and laser engraving are available when families ask.
  5. Billing — per case. We bill your clinic per case; no retainer or minimum.

What to have ready at pickup

  • The pet, identified with the family's name and the pet's name
  • The family's signed authorization for cremation, with their service choice marked (private with ashes returned, or cremation-only)
  • Any urn, engraving, or keepsake requests noted in writing, so nothing is missed
  • The family's contact details, if ashes are to be returned to the family directly
